Our journey began in 2021 when owner Vo Thi Bich Thuan embraced a vegan lifestyle, inspired by the traditional Vietnamese vegan dishes her mother lovingly prepared. This journey proved that 100% plant-based meals could be deeply flavorful.
“There is always one place that calls us back – the countryside… We never forget the meals our mothers made, the fresh vegetables our fathers carefully grew. Those simple dishes, made with love, shaped our memories,” shares Thuan, explaining the heritage behind our vegan recipes.

For Thuan and her husband, Viral Desai, consistency is key to achieving the perfect taste. To maintain the highest quality, each new vegan dish undergoes rigorous daily preparation for a full month before earning its place on our menu.
